A free plugin that adds Schema.org structured data in ld+json format to JoomShopping product, category and manufacturer pages to support rich snippets in search results.
WT JoomShopping Schema.org marks up the pages of a JoomShopping store according to the Schema.org standard. The ld+json markup is output on product pages, product category pages and manufacturer pages. Search engines get a clearer picture of what a page contains and can show it in search results with a rich snippet.
Why structured data matters
Schema.org is a standard for semantic markup of web data, announced by Google, Bing and Yahoo! in 2011. The markup helps search engines and other software extract information from a page and present snippets more neatly, which affects click-through rate (CTR) in search results. It is embedded directly in the page HTML, so no separate export files are needed.
Features
- ld+json markup for product pages: Product with Offer, Brand and, optionally, AggregateRating.

Checking the markup
The result can be checked in Yandex.Webmaster, Google's structured data validator and the Schema.org validator.
Compatibility and requirements
- Joomla 4 / Joomla 5 with JoomShopping 5.x — plugin version 2.0.0 or later is recommended.
- Joomla 3 with JoomShopping 4.18.x — supported by plugin versions 1.x (the last one is 1.1.5).
- Minimum JoomShopping version: 4.18.x.
- Extension type: plugin in the jshoppingproducts group.
