A module for sets of repeatable elements: title, text, responsive images and videos. Each element can link to an article, category, menu item, file or an online store category.
Websites are full of groups of similar elements: tagged links for internal linking, service and USP blocks, reviews, FAQs, tiles on the home page. With WT Quick links, such a group is built in a clear module interface without editing HTML, so a content manager can maintain it, not only a developer. The look is defined by output layouts, from a plain list of links to a wall of photos or videos, tabs or accordions.

- The Link text field accepts HTML tags from the Joomla whitelist, for example to break a long phrase.

- Custom module layouts and layouts for individual list items, placed in
modules/mod_wt_quick_links/tmplor in the template attemplates/[YOUR_TEMPLATE]/html/mod_wt_quick_links. With a JS script added to a layout, the module can become a slider, for example. - Exclusion conditions: individual items can be hidden on selected menu items, JoomShopping categories, Joomla content categories and articles in those categories. For instance, a link to the Cups category is not shown while inside the Cups category.

Responsive videos
For each screen resolution range, defined by a CSS media query, a separate video file and poster are set. A script detects the screen size and lazy-loads the matching file. Recommendations for preparing videos:
- mp4 format; 1280×720 or 1920×1080 for landscape video, square or portrait for phones, for example 450×800;
- duration up to 10–15 seconds for desktops and up to 7–10 seconds for phones;
- file size no more than 10 MB for desktops and 2 MB for phones.
The bg-video layout can serve as the basis for a custom one. The common video container needs the data-wt-quick-links-responsive-videos attribute with the module ID, and each video an id="wt-quick-links-responsive-videos-[module ID]-[video number]" attribute. The Joomla core JS file must be loaded (it is by default).
Compatibility and requirements
- Since version 2.0.0: Joomla 4.2 or later and Joomla 5.
- Versions before 2.0.0 worked on Joomla 3 and Joomla 4.
