WT AmoCRM - JoomShopping connects a JoomShopping store to amoCRM (also known as Kommo CRM). When an order is placed, the plugin creates a lead and a customer contact in amoCRM, fills the lead fields with order data and adds a note with the order contents. The integration uses the amoCRM REST API through the WT Amo CRM library, which has to be installed and configured first.

Data in the lead note
The amoCRM lead card looks like a desktop messenger window: most of the screen is taken by the lead "chat", while lead fields are only part of the interface. Order items, the customer's comment and the total are awkward for sales managers to read in fields, so the plugin sends them as a note, visible in the lead feed next to the rest of the conversation.
Installation and setup
- Install and configure the WT Amo CRM library; it handles the connection to amoCRM.
- Install the WT AmoCRM - JoomShopping plugin.
- In the plugin settings, choose the pipeline and tag, the lead creation mode and the name prefix, and map JoomShopping fields to amoCRM fields.
