A YooKassa payment plugin for Phoca Cart stores: accepts payments, updates the order status automatically and sends receipt data under Russian law 54-FZ to an online cash register.
The plugin connects a Phoca Cart online store to YooKassa (formerly Yandex.Kassa), a Russian payment service that supports 12 payment methods. The payment is processed on the YooKassa side, and the result is sent back to the store to update the order status. For stores using an online cash register, the plugin sends receipt data as required by Russian federal law 54-FZ.

Installation and setup
- Install the plugin with the SovMart marketplace installer, entering the key from your marketplace account in the installer settings.
- In the YooKassa merchant account, copy the ShopID (Settings → Shop) and generate a secret key (Integration → API keys).
- In Joomla, go to Components → Phoca Cart → Payment, create a YooKassa payment method and enter the ShopId, secret key and order statuses.
- Copy the notification URL from the payment method settings and paste it into the YooKassa account under Integration → HTTP notifications; without it the order status will not change after payment.
- For 54-FZ receipts, connect an online cash register in the YooKassa account (Settings → Online cash register) and fill in the fiscal parameters in the payment method.
FAQ
Why must total rounding be turned off in Phoca Cart?
Phoca Cart can round the order total to 0 or 1 decimal places, which is common practice in some countries. This payment method does not support such rounding, so the option has to be disabled.
What is 54-FZ?
The Russian law on the use of cash registers. Since 1 July 2017, data on every receipt must be sent to the tax authority through a fiscal data operator, so an online store needs an online cash register and has to transmit receipt data.
