A Phoca Cart payment plugin for Robokassa: accepts payments, sends receipt data under Russian law 54-FZ, updates order status automatically and has a test mode. For Joomla 4 and 5.
The plugin connects a Phoca Cart shop to Robokassa, a Russian payment service that supports more than 40 payment methods and meets PCI DSS security requirements. The customer pays on the Robokassa page, then the plugin receives the payment result and updates the order status in the shop. Receipt data is sent to Robokassa in line with Russian federal law 54-FZ on cash registers.

Installation and setup
- Register with Robokassa and submit an application with your documents. Once approved, merchant details are sent by e-mail.
- In the Robokassa shop settings, choose the MD5 hash algorithm, generate Password #1 and Password #2 (separately for live and test payments), and set Result URL, Success URL and Fail URL with the POST method.
- Install the plugin with the SovMart marketplace installer, where updates are also set up using the key from the marketplace account.
- In Phoca Cart, open Payments, create a new Robokassa payment method and enter the shop ID, passwords, hash algorithm, order statuses and tax settings.
- Copy the Result/Success/Fail URL from the payment method settings into the Robokassa account and run a payment in test mode.
FAQ
Why do payments fail when total rounding is enabled?
The plugin does not support rounding the order total to 0 or 1 decimal places. The corresponding rounding option in Phoca Cart must be turned off.
Which data sending method should be selected in Robokassa?
POST for Result URL, Success URL and Fail URL. The hash algorithm must be MD5 for both live and test payments.
What is 54-FZ and does it need configuring?
Law 54-FZ requires data from every receipt to be passed to the tax service through a fiscal data operator. Robokassa offers a solution for this, and the plugin sends it the required data when the 54-FZ option is enabled in the payment method.
