Phoca Download is a file archive component for Joomla: downloadable files are organised in categories, and the administrator keeps download statistics.
Phoca Download is a component by the Czech developer Jan Pavelka, part of the Phoca family of extensions. It shows a catalogue of downloadable files grouped into categories and works well for a documents section, price lists, software distributions or learning materials.

Compatibility
JED lists Joomla 3, 4, 5 and 6; the catalogue tracks Joomla 4, 5 and 6. Each Joomla version has its own branch: Phoca Download 4 for Joomla 4 and Phoca Download 5 for Joomla 5 and 6. The current branch releases are 2.1.9, 3.2.3, 4.0.6 and 5.1.3, last updated in JED on 21 October 2025. PHP and MySQL requirements follow those of the matching Joomla version.
