A Regular Labs plugin that inserts Joomla articles, or only selected parts such as title, intro text, images or custom fields, into modules, other articles and third-party components.
Articles Anywhere is a plugin from the Dutch studio Regular Labs that outputs a Joomla article anywhere text can be entered: in a Custom module, inside another article, or in a description field of a third-party component. It helps when the same snippet, such as delivery terms, a contact block or an announcement, must appear on many pages but be edited in one place.
Features
- Insert a full article with a short tag like
{article title="..."}{/article}. - Output only the data needed: title, readmore link, intro and full text, images, custom fields.
- Markup and styling of the output are set inside the tag with nested placeholders such as
[title]and[link]. - Build custom modules with hand-picked articles, pages listing selected articles, custom blog-style layouts and link lists.
- An editor button that helps compose the tag instead of typing it by hand.
- The PRO edition adds the
{articles}tag, which lists several articles filtered by category, tags or custom fields.
Compatibility
Supports Joomla 4, 5 and 6. The current version is 20.0.0, last updated in JED on 13 September 2026. A free edition and a PRO edition are available; the differences are listed on the developer's site.
