A free Joomla 5 and 6 template with no Bootstrap or jQuery: its own layout manager with per-breakpoint options, dropdown and mobile menus, 82 module positions and locally bundled Font Awesome.
HC Carlix is a base template for sites built to their own requirements. It uses its own code with no mandatory CSS framework, and its scripts are plain JavaScript. It is made by Hirlei Carlos and maintained by a single developer.

Installation
Download the zip from the GitHub release and install it via System → Install Extensions. Later updates arrive through the standard Joomla updater.
