# Multilingual sites

The extensions in this tag help run a Joomla site in several languages: translating content, switching languages and showing visitors content in their own language. They suit company and project sites with an audience from different countries.

FaLang translates articles, menus and modules from the default language without creating a separate copy per language. GTranslate adds a language switcher with Google machine translation into 103 languages. FlexBanner shows separate banners for each language, and Crusco Canonical URL manages the rel="canonical" tag and removes duplicate pages caused by URL parameters.
