A release that fixes the tabs and adds options for loading scripts and stylesheets.
- New options control whether JavaScript and CSS libraries are loaded.
- The tab order is fixed.
- The VK tab works correctly again.
- The module stylesheet now covers only the tab styling.
- Language strings have been added and revised.
