A free Joomla 5 and 6 template for Italian public-sector sites, implementing the Modello Universale on Bootstrap Italia 2.9: WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA target, 5 accessible color themes, no jQuery.
This template by Pixed Web Development implements the Designers Italia Modello Universale on the Bootstrap Italia 2.9.0 design system. It targets Italian municipalities, schools, health authorities and museums, and any other site where accessibility matters. The README says the template is still in development and testing, and structural changes between versions are possible.

Installation
Install the release zip: the manifest in the repository has version and date placeholders that are filled in at build time. For a new site there is an Akeeba quickstart package (.jpa) with a pre-configured sample site.

- The interface and documentation are in Italian, and the structure follows the Italian public-sector content model.
