Export and import of Joomla content via XML: articles, categories, users, tags, contacts, fields and access levels. The data can also be pushed straight to another Joomla site.
J2XML is a tool by Helios Ciancio for moving content between Joomla sites. It helps when migrating to a new site, merging several old sites into one, or regularly pushing articles from a staging copy to the live site.

Compatibility
JED lists Joomla 4 and 5 (a Joomla 3 line also exists). Current version 3.10.233, last updated in JED on 6 December 2023. The directory entry is brief, so testing on a copy of the site before relying on it under Joomla 5 is advisable.
