ChronoForms is a Joomla form builder by Chrono Man (ChronoEngine). It is used for contact and registration forms, surveys, multi-step questionnaires and forms that take payments. Fields are placed by drag and drop, and custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript can be added where the standard options fall short. It fits a site with a single contact form just as well as a project where a form has to write into an external database or create user accounts.
