What changed in version 2.5.3

Version 2.5.3 for Joomla 2.5 and 3 updates the login plugins for nearly every provider and adds GitHub and Bitbucket sign-in.

  • Fixed the Google+, Facebook, Yandex, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Instagram, Mail.ru, Twitter, Yahoo, WordPress and Live.com plugins.
  • Added support for GitHub and Bitbucket login.
  • Redirects are followed when downloading the profile picture.
  • Fixed inline SVG icons: # is replaced with %23.
  • The deprecated JModel class is replaced with JModelLegacy.
