T4 is JoomlArt's template framework, the base of its own templates. It is GPL-licensed; you can build and sell your own templates on T4 with no license fee or credit required (copyright notices must stay). The framework is free, but downloading it requires a free joomlart.com account.

Installation
- Log in at joomlart.com and download the T4 System Plugin and the T4 Blank (Bootstrap 5) template from the T4 download page.
- Install the plugin first, then the template, via Extensions → Install.
- Set T4 Blank as the default in System → Site Template Styles.
For a new site there are Quickstart packages with demo content for Joomla 4, 5 and 6.

Is a page builder included? No, T4 Page Builder is a separate JoomlArt product.
