Добрый день. Мне необходим сайт для продажи б\у товаров, чтобы пользователи могли добавлять товары сами.
Есть ли в joomla удобная система сортировки и работы с такими вещами?

Для этого вам потребуется стороннее расширение для Joomla. Этот класс расширений называется CCK, по сути любой из них вам подойдет.
