в админ панели Joomla можно посмотреть время сервера: /administrator/index.php?option=com_admin&view=sysinfo
обычно время разницы с америкой составляет от 8-12 часов... В зависимости от часового пояса Америки и вашего региона.

при нажатии на ссылку прогноз для усть - каменогорска, открывается другая страница и там ошибка Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in C:\xampp\htdocs\components\com_jlweather\views\jlweather\view.html.php on line 23

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on null in C:\xampp\htdocs\components\com_jlweather\views\jlweather\view.html.php on line 25

Кстати.. Одно неудобство есть - если ставить на сайте несколько погод - для разных городов, находящихся в разных временных зонах - то время плывет... К, примеру, у меня на Киев показывает время восхода 13:45

У меня - все нормально - выводиться по моему городу.. Несколько городов - это где наши клиенты расположены ставлю .. У киевлян - смех был.. Долго ржали..

у меня проблема не отображает погоду, пишет Current weather file empty, ключ обновлял, компонент тоже обновлен, в чем проблема?

У нас на демо сайте работает: demo3.joomline.ru/jlweather
Если вы обновлялись со старых версий, то вероятно у вас указаны не верно идентификаторы городов.

как раз обновлялся с 3,0 до 3,2 и это только потому что перестало работать

После обновления до joomla 3.8.4 ошибка при открытии страницы погоды города из меню навигации по городам:

Да есть проблема, только не до конца понятно, это баг роутера Joomla и они его пофиксят... или все таки это править один раз, а потом обратно возращать, когда выйдет 3.8.5. Попробуем решить эту проблему
