купил подписку на полную версию - нужен для использования с virtuemart

в подписке прописан домен www.mastodont.ru

плагин на сайте до покупки был уже установлен. Я думал галочка напротив com_virtuemart сама станет активной, пробовал активировать плагин заново, - но эта галочка серая, плагин остался с бесплатным функционалом. Как активировать платную подписку в нем?

Вы указали ключ, который генерируется после приобретения подписки. Если нет, то он доступен в вашем личном кабинете: joomline.net/ru/key.html
В списке доменов. Его надо скопировать и вставить в соответствующее поле плагина.
