Hello,
I am very desparated and really need some advice.
On my test-site I try to set up JL Content Fields Filter. I have done the following steps:
Install the extension
activate the plugin (was already activated)
created a custom fields group
created custom fields, related to a certain category
edited the filter-params of these fields
set up the module with diverse parameters
My problem is: I only see a button "clear filter". There are no drop-downs to select certain field values as a filter.
Could somebody help me, please? If neccessary, I would send joomla-backend-login.
Hello, this question has been asked many times. The fact is that the structure of storing joomla fields is not optimal (this is a question for the developers of the Joomla core), if we start calculating possible filtering options with certain parameters every time, it will be a very large load on the hosting.
