SW JProjects is a digital project manager for Joomla. The component builds a catalogue of software, files, scripts, extensions, modules and other digital products: each project has a description, specifications and a list of versions, and visitors download files straight from the catalogue. A separate set of features is aimed at Joomla extension developers.

- Project catalogue — manage descriptions, specifications and file downloads.
- Paid downloads — a key manager: when a project's download type is set to Paid, the file can only be downloaded with a valid key.
- Versioning — each project keeps versions with a stability level (Development, Alpha, Beta, Release Candidate, Stable) and a changelog.
- Statistics — download counts for every version.
- Protected file storage — files can be stored outside the site root, so they cannot be downloaded by a direct link that bypasses the component.
