Причем тут модуль Community Builder? Они ни где не пересекаются.

Я не силён, как Developer, и пока не использовал CB, поэтому перед установкой решил выяснить некоторые сомнения ). В руководстве CB говорится, что регистрация новых пользователей и login, при использовании CB на сайте, осуществляется через CB, а не через стандартный модуль регистрации Jooml-ы. Поэтому думал возможны какие-либо проблемы, если SLogin заточен на работу с модулем Jooml-ы. ?

Отключите форму авторизации стандартной Joomla в модуле Slogin. Опять же обращаю внимание, что для корректной работы Slogin и CB нужен специальный плагин. Его вы можете сказать с нашего сайта.
