Нет не работает, обсуждается целесообразность выпуска такой версии... так как joomla 1.5 уже фактически снята с поддержки.

возможно не мал... но дело в том что поддержка отдельной версии достаточно дорогое занятие, а учитывая не перспективность joomla 1.5. Весьма сомнительное занятие.
