Версия Kunena 4.0.6 не понимаю как они интегрируются?
Плагин в Kunena Forum: Plugins не появляется.
Или должно как-то по другому работать?

В смысле вы приобрели плагин интеграции kunena с slogin? интеграция осуществляется через плагин Joomla.
Если же у вас нет ни каких плагинов, то в целом авторизация будет работать, не будут заполняться кое какие поля профиля.
