Добрый день!
Комментарии, которые выводит плагин JL VKcomments, отображаются только внизу страницы, а не в том месте, куда вставлен код {jlvkcomments}.
Подскажите, в чем может быть проблема?

Судя по скрину, вполне корректно выводятся.
скорей всего всего вы не совсем верно воспринимаете смысл тега вывода, он не указывает место, а сообщает систем, что на этой странице можно вывести комментарии.
