Добрый день. У знаков зодиака пропало обновление гороскопов, подскажите, в чем могут быть проблемы?
У вас в демо версии тоже не обновляется.

Не вижу проблем сейчас на тестовом сайте. Вероятно была проблема с доступностью сервера.

Проблему обновления наблюдаю уже с месяц.
На вашем демо Общий гороскоп для знака - РАК :

Текст гороскопа:
"Вы опять заболеете альтруизмом, филантропией и прочей гуманистической холерой. И откуда только у вас силы берутся? "

а на сервисе ignio.com совсем другой:

Текст гороскопа (на момент записи ответа):
"Сегодня вы сможете добиться значительно большего, нежели смели предполагать, если сумеете немного умерить самодовольство, и принять чью-то помощь."

Компонент выводит, то что отдается по API.

ignio.com/r/export/utf/xml/daily/com.xml
То, что оно не соответствует сайту, это как бы вопросы к сайту а не к нам.

Я и говорю, что по API не отдается т.е. экспорта гороскопов из файлов XML нет.

А текста гороскопов в файлах XML и на сомом сайте ignio.com соответствует.

Проблема с обновлением решена путем редактирования - public function updateHoro()
А как можно организовать обновление через крон?

Что вы отредактировали?

Крона нет, при загрузке страницы, кешируются данные в файл кеша Joomla и в зависимости от настроек таймер, кеш обновляется.

отредактировал в - public function updateHoro() адреса XML файлов:
'com' => 'https://img.ignio.com/r/export/utf/xml/daily/com.xml'

и написал плагин обновления с возможностью выбора пользователем через заданное время или крон ссылкой с ключом.
