Как выбрать несколько категорий? если оставляю одну категорию, например "28" коменты работают, если например пишу "28, 29" не работает уже ничего. как быть?

В плагине нет возможности указания id категории. В плагине можно только выбрать мышкой из списка категории. Для точного ответа нужен доступ в админ панель. Создайте тикет с доступами в админ панель мы посмотрим в чем проблема.
