Здравствуйте, подскажите пожалуйста как в плагин для Joomla 1.5 добавить третий таб с комментариями jcomments.

К сожалению в версии для joomla 1.5 такой возможности нет и скорей всего уже не будет, мы фактически свернули поддержку joomla 1.5 для некоммерческих расширений, в связи с прекращением официальной поддержки joomla 1.5.

Жаль, очень много сайтов работает на Joomla 1.5

Мы понимаем но поддержка бесплатных расширений это достаточно затратное дело... а поддержка двух веток расширений это затратно вдвойне.
