Вопрос решился. Раньше на сервисе slogin.info у меня был указан только домен. И все работало. Теперь оказывается нужна ссылка http(s)://your_site.com/?option=com_slogin&task=check&plugin=service. Но в версии 2.2. работало без этого, с указанием только домена. Заново создал домен в slogin.info и заработало!
