Глупо, но лечится очисткой кэша.
Все таки, как сделать погоду от яндекса?

Когда появится много времени хотя бы 3-4 дня. У разработчиков, мы перепишем компонент.
Надо менять не только разметку парсинга xml, но и саму структуру компонента, так как она уже достаточно устарела, а это требует достаточно много времени. Точно знаю, что были модификации для личных нужд пользователями компонента, но к сожалению ни кто не захотел поделиться.
