Это порядок вкладок, а как сделать что бы при открытии страницы определенная вкладка была уже открыта? У меня при открытии страницы все вкладки закрыты. Хочется что бы было как на картинке

К сожалению сказать очень сложно, что происходит у вас на сайте.
У вас следующие проблемы:
многократная подгрузка библиотеки jquery.
подгрузка устаревшей библиотеки jquery.
Один из скриптов не выполняется через noconflict.
Какая из этих причин более фатальна к сожалению сказать не могу.
