Не могу оформить покупку was created by Alexander

Не могу купить mp3 плеер второй версии пишет ошибку, а именно "Платеж не прошел из-за технической ошибки". Способ оплаты я выбрал QIWI. Не могли бы вы мне помочь с этой проблемой ? Заранее спасибо.
